Golden Soup

Ingredients: Princess golden snack (deep-fry), Ginseng fine root, Gong-li fine root, Gei Chi, Szechuan lovage rhizome, Red dates

Procedure: Place all ingredients and water into a pot. Bring it to boil, add in the princess golden snack and seasoning. Cook for 30 minutes and ready to serve.

Seasoning: Sugar, Salt,Ajinomoto, Pepper


        Black Pepper with Golden Snack

Ingredients: Princess golden snack, Noodles, Carrot, Cucumber, Canned gingko nuts, Chinese cabbage

Procedure: Make the noodles to a bowl shape and dep-fry until golden. Heat 1 T oil, add Golden snack and fry for a while. Then add all vegetable stir-fry, add grounded black epper, seasoning, some hot water and thicken with corn starch water. Then transfer it to the noodles bowl and ready to serve.



Sambal Nasi Lemak

Ingredients: VD Ham (diced and grinded), VD Ham (sliced and deep-fry), grinded dried chilli.
Procedure: Deep fry the diced VD Ham for a while.
Heat the oil until high heat, add the grinded high chilli until fragrant and add sugar and salt, stir fry for 2 minutes, then add water and mix thoroughly in high heat. Put the ham into and ready to serve.


Daube D'ici D'agneau Végétarien

  • 1 pgt. de Green Farm Vegetarian Lamb 300gm
  • 2 pommes d'amour
  • 1 gros oignon émincé
  • 1cuillerée à café de petit anis en poudre
  • 1 cuillerée à café d'aile haché
  • 1 cuillerée à café  de coriandre (cotomili) émincé
  • 1 cuillerée à café de thym
  • 2 pommes de terre
  • 1 cuillerée à soupe de purée de tomate

Procédure: Fricassez les GreenFarm vegetarian Lamb et réservez.
Faites rooussir le reste des ingrédiets et ajouter la purée de tomate
Ajoutez les Greenfarm Vegetarian Lamb et laissez mijoter
Assaissonez et servir très chaud


Tandoori Taj Mahal de Poulet Végétarien

  • 1 pqt de GreenFarm Princess Cris[py G 250g
  • 1 1 cuillerée à soupe d'hui;e
  • 1 petit pot de yaourt nature
  • 1 gros oignon émincé
  • 1 cuillerée à café  d'épices de Tandoori
  • 1 cuillerée à café  de petit anis en poudre
  • 1 1 cuillerée à café d'ail haché
  • 1 cuillerée à café  de menthe fraiche

1. Sautez les GreenFarm Princess Crispy G et réservé
2. Faites roussir le reste des ingrédients sauf les épices de tandoori et le yaourt
3. Faites revenir les GreenFarm Princess Crispy G et ajoutez les épices de tandoori et le yaourt
4. Laissez mijoter pendant 5 mins de plus
5.Assaissonez et servir très chaud
